I cannot bring myself to look at the video...but please, take a moment to follow the link here and sign the petition. ANYONE who can abuse an animal like that, tape it and put it out for the world to see as if they are proud of it, ANYONE LIKE THAT IS SERIOUSLY SICK AND TWISTED AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO MINGLE WITH THE REST OF SOCIETY WHERE THEY CAN PREY ON OTHER PEOPLE'S PETS AND CHILDREN.

Kenny Glenn and his brother posted 2 videos on YouTube of him torturing and abusing a cat. JOIN THIS GROUP AND SPREAD THE WORD!

Kenny had his brother film two videos of him torturing and abusing his cat, Dusty, on www.youtube.com under the user name glennspam1. In the videos, Kenny can be seen throwing Dusty, hitting him, and committing other atrocious acts against the small pet.

Found this clip of a local news report on youtube - the kids have been identified and caught and they sure as hell better be prosecuted as adults. The cat is alive (they didn't say it was well) and in the care of vets. (This video is hard to watch too - it only contains tiny bits of the original video, but over part of it they play the audio of the cat screaming for escape, and it's just awful).

Fortunately, the youtube account was suspended, so the video can no longer be seen. What a freaking idiot to post a video of himself breaking animal cruelty laws!

I don't think he should be tried as an adult. As horrific as his actions were, he's 14 and a product of his environment. There is still hope for his rehabilitation.

Poor kitties. I'm so glad the boys were stupid enough to post the video, thus ensuring they were caught.

I signed it and sent it along to my boss (the vet) and everyone I know in the animal community as well as my regular friends. Yet another reason for Humane Education classes in school.....and parents who watch what the f their kids are doing. Its SHAMELESS.

Just wanted to let you know,that one of the people I sent this to is a friend who is a Sarge in the police dept. She sent this out over the net to EVERYONE in her circle, but also wanted me to tell you all that online petitions are not admissible in a court of law....she said to call or write a letter to the city of Lawton. :-)

Actually, I think the "petition" is more to let the DA know that people are OUTRAGED about this and want something done. The Sheriff who saw the footage was visibly upset by it.
